Devanshu Patel is a technology attorney with a deep-rooted passion for the entertainment industry, bringing 15 years of experience to the table. He has worked with Emerging Pictures and Triboro Pictures, both independent film companies in New York, where he contributed to various projects as a producer.  In addition, he wrote and directed the student film Blowback (2018) and served as the cinematographer for Trapped (2018) at the San Francisco Film School.

Currently residing in the Bayview, Devanshu is also dedicated to community engagement as the Chair of the Bayview Citizens Advisory Committee, where he focuses on supporting development initiatives that empower local residents.

He holds a BA in Political Science, Economics, and Biology from the University of Chicago and earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

A cinephile at heart, Devanshu’s favorite San Francisco films—The Conversation, Star Trek IV, Sneakers, and The Joy Luck Club—reflect his love for storytelling and the unique cultural tapestry of the city.
