Registration
You can register online or on paper.

Current local law allows certain non-citizens to vote in San Francisco’s Board of Education (School Board) elections.
Voting
You can choose to cast your ballot by mail or in person.
You can vote at a polling place or at the Voting Center.
We now mail a ballot to every local voter in every election. Voting by mail is convenient and secure.
